While exploring sugar as a material I was mesmerized by the caramelization process. What ingredients can I mix with caramel? How can I change its color with natural ingredients? Why does caramel sometimes crystalize again? What makes caramel melt again after being solid? How can I shape caramel so it becomes a bowl or cup?  This research is the base for my caramel cups.
